Fleeting Wor(l)ds

Today’s scoop is undoubtedly the edition of my first theater play, Résistantes! – written eight years ago and performed on stage ever since – published by the Editions Muse. I give it to you, it is kind of off topic, there is no travel, it was way before wandering has become my first nature; but writing, no matter the piece, is a way to escape without a move, isn’t it? And here, if you don’t travel through the world, you do go through another kind of journey, my second favorite: travel in time!

Plot
August 1944. Somewhere in Toulouse county.
Five women, five resistants, are waiting for Liberation…
Who are these women who acted as citizen without having rights?
Who carried weapons without being allowed to use them?
To remember and to complete our duties to History: their voices flare up, their speech is given a new breath, their words take its course. With time’s defaults. With memory’s bias.
