Selene

Who are you, Selene, hidden in your giant white diamond?
You are golden, closer to the horizon, like imprinted with daylight. Playing with blue colours in which you spread glitter of dream and protection. You dive us in another world where you both see better and lesser. Whose unknown lines appear different. We try to adjust our vision, to trust this new knowledge we are given. Shy and a bit uncertain, we fumble in the invisible, seeking for understanding. We feel like in between dog and wolf during this diving in our other World. In our other Heart.

Where do you come from, Selene, traveled by your four shadowed and light horses?
Pulled by the wind, you wear your silver clothes as you go higher through the Milky Way, as the Night has swallowed the land up. You brighten up in your silver dress, round and diffused, and this time, we don’t have any choice, we hop in your Moon cart into the eye of the night. We ride with you, messenger of the Gods, dazzled by this new perception you offer through Ouranos’ heart, helped by the transcendent vision you give through the Ocean’s soul. We dive in dreamt abysses you touch with your benevolent rays, you guide with your kind advices. Children of the Night, we learn your magic’s power, we intertwine to the Universe’s secrets.

What do you do, Selene, etheric in the pale sky?
As dawn comes before daylight, you crush into the day to remind us of your motherly wave, white reflector of your bother’s kingdom, brave and proud Helios. You whisper your magic is always there, our moon part has a right place in the world, even in the daylight, since your miror intertwines with Heaven, since your silver horses ride through mornings or afternoons. Children of the Moon, we carry your strength and instinct. Children of the Moon, we protect your hopes and dreams. Children of the Moon, we keep your mystery and your magic.

But, who are you, Selene, priestess of the Universe, Daughter of the Night, shining for mortals and inhabitants of Heaven?

But, where do you come from, Selene, hanging in your ride, so close and so far from us, from this strange globe we once called the Earth?

But, what do you do, Selene, enlightened keeper of our invisible secrets, of our divine instincts struck in this dark crater we once called Moon?
